Delivery:
Shipping And Handling is FREE of charge for all orders (UK standard shipping only). All other shipping charges are detailed below.
International orders are charged at £5.00 per order
We use Paypal Online secure payment method, you can make a payment without a paypal membership.
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.
All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.
If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail or our courier providers Amtrak will be subject to reshipping charges as defined below:
