Can I use Dermabrite? with other skin products ?
When using multiple skin care products always follow your dermatologist's instructions.
Dermabrite? can be used safely with other products such as alpha hydroxy acids and moisturisers. When applying several products you might experience some irritation (mild stinging, burning or redness). Here are some general recommendations:
If you wait 20 minutes between applying different products, you will allow sufficient time for each product to penetrate into your skin, reducing the potential for irritation.
During the day, sunscreen should always be applied after Dermabrite? (20 minutes later) and before cosmetics.
Are there any precautions I need to take when using Dermabrite? ?
If your skin is sensitive undertake a patch test. Place a small amount of Dermabrite? on a small patch of skin and wait 24 hours to test for adverse reaction.
If you should experience any type of irritation, redness or a rash while you are using Dermabrite? discontinue using it and contact your dermatologist.
Is it suitable for pregnant or lactating women ?
Though there is no recorded risk to the foetus we don't recommend taking Dermabrite? when pregnant or lactating.

Bearberry - a new type of skin de-pigmentation and lightening agent is the extract of Bearberry plant. Bearberry contains the active ingredient Arbutin that is very popular in Japan and other Asian countries for skin de-pigmentation. Arbutin can be used to whiten the skin, to prevent liver spots and freckles, to treat sunburn marks and to regulate melanogenesis.
Arbutin protects the skin against damage caused by free radicals. Arbutin is a skin whitening agent, it can inhibit the formation of melanin pigment by inhibiting Tyrosinase activity.
Arbutin is a very safe skin agent for external use. It does not have toxicity, stimulation, unpleasant odour or side effects such as Hydroqinone

Wash your face with a cleanser.
Apply a thin coat of Dermabrite over the area to be treated.
20 minutes after application apply a broad spectrum sunscreen (SPF 15 or greater). Ask your dermatologist to recommend a sunscreen that is most appropriate for you.
Apply cosmetics normally.
