As a rule, we never start our patients on the higher strengths of the retinol unless they have tried the weaker strengths first.

Application:
Apply a small amount of BioMedic Retinol Cream to clean, dry skin in the evening before bedtime as directed by your physician. Avoid products that will irritate the skin while using this product. Use daily sun protection of SPF 15 or higher during use of this product.
