Apply in a well ventilated area to clean exfoliated skin. Spray directlt onto desired bosy areas holding can 10" away from the skin. Spray lightly around hairlines, knees, elbows and ankles. You'll get an instant tan that serves as a guide for even application and will darken considerably within 2 - 4 hours. Allow 30 minutes to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. In the morning shower off the excess colour allowing natural tan to show.
